Included: evaluation meetings, a thorough report, and a review of the supporting paperwork. Treatment is not a part of it.

This charge is based on the presumption that the case is not overly complicated, can be successfully evaluated in one appointment, and requires a fair number of document reviews.

Follow up is for review of documents, investigations, review and starting medication.
It could be by phone follow-up or video calls.
Included: One prescription fee, if specified and approved. The prescription will be sent by First Class Signed For / Special Delivery by Royal Mail.

Miscellaneous work / admin
Depending on the kind and nature of the work.
You will be advised of the charge in advance, based on the work that is required, such as filling out forms, confirming diagnoses to different agencies, offering guidance to a college, university, or place of employment, arranging further liaisons or referrals, etc.
